Waterway Carwash, Lee’s Summit

Wright Building Systems served as the construction team behind Waterway’s newest Lee’s Summit location, a dual-tunnel, full-service carwash destination near I-470 and NW Pryor Road. The build brings together Waterway’s “one stop” model in a single ground-up project.

The facility combines exterior and interior wash services, free self-serve vacuums, an on-site gas station, and a convenience store. Coordinating that many functions, wash tunnels, fueling, and retail, on one site takes careful sitework and sequencing to make the finished destination flow the way the brand intends.

The completed location gives Waterway a full-service anchor in a growing Lee’s Summit corridor.
