The Project
What we delivered
Two long-vacant retail boxes, a former Save A Lot and an adjacent Dollar General, had sat empty long enough to develop mildew throughout. Wright Building Systems combined them into a single store for Ollie’s, starting with a full gut: every restroom, wall, door, cooler, and floor was stripped out to take the space back to a blank shell.
From that clean slate we built up and out, adding an addition to expand the footprint and bringing in all new plumbing and electrical. We hung new drywall, polished the concrete floors, and delivered a complete tenant finish across the space.
The finished store includes new lighting throughout, a manager’s office and cash office, a vestibule with automatic doors, a breakroom, storage and janitorial rooms, ADA restrooms, and a loading dock, everything a modern retail operation needs, built from two spaces that had been written off.
