We are proud to be a certified SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) and SAPF (Secure Access Program Facilities) general contractor.

The 75,000-square-foot, 465-seat multi-tenant SCIF with ICD 705-compliant secure infrastructure is the largest multi-tenant SCIF of its kind outside the nation’s capital region.

The facility is designed to meet ICD 705 and TEMPEST requirements, with additional secure footprint in the building, including a 17,000 SF secure area occupied by a major defense contractor.
